Auditions are open to all instruments for Full Membership and/or Waitlist consideration. We have immediate openings for English Horn/Oboe, Bassoon, Horn, Percussion.
Audition Procedures
Prospective members of The Naperville Winds must be 18 years or older by the time of their first rehearsal. We rehearse Thursday nights from 6:30-9:00pm at Plainfield East High School and will perform four subscription concerts on two Thursday evenings, a Saturday afternoon, and a Saturday evening in 2026-2027.
All new or previous individuals interested in Full Member, Substitute, and/or Waitlist status, are required to complete a digital recording submission. All prospective members are required to fill out this Google Form to submit a recorded audio audition. Detailed guidelines for auditioning are found in the document below.
